1.The Emotional Language of Dance:
It is a unique thing which we are able to convey through our language or through our emotions or we can show it through our expressions, our moves, our body. You can express your thoughts or your emotions to any human being, this is a medium which every human being can learn.
The emotions is a good gesture for expressing our thoughts or feelings. Dance songs is emotions of make a person who is not extroverted so, with the help of a person will also be a good expressing skill.
Suppose someone is sick, then one of his family members comes to meet him or one of his family members is a dancer, he is involved , he comes to us , his performance is going on, then he sees us as a patient.
Dance songs when you see yourself too happy, the sadness or pain that passes you automatically turns into excitement or joy. What is this called the power of human nature or is this called the goodness of dance?
If I talk about the goodness it basically tells us that has a natural good things which is for people who enjoy happiness or joy with the help and the people who is not do they also want to take a step for doing the so, this types of goodness of we can consider. Dancing in the moonlight is like so greatfull to do this type of dance.
2.Dance Classes as a Catalyst for Personal Growth:
If you have ever taken dance classes . when you have learned to dance for the first time or you have started dancing so much that your body has started hurting so much that it hurts physically so much that it feels like we are doing some physical exercise like dancing in the moonlight.
It is such a power that can change you in a good way like examples. It has been 3 months since we started dancing. Because we have become quite fit the biggest difference is that physically, we become fit or we also become flexible, so that we can easily move while dancing.
We now see that physically, dance classes helps a lot in our balance to make our body fit so that physically we do not get any disease in future, we learn new steps to our brain and it understands the tune.
So which dance step should we take or should we take a slow step or should we take a quick step, our brain is quite limited because it is developing, hence we are able to learn multitasking which is useful for us in daily life. The point is not only for enjoyment but it also helps us connect physically, mentally or emotionally.
DIFFERENT TYPES OF DANCES
1.Bharatnatyam:
Bharatnatyam is the form which is performed in Tamil Nadu in the south. This form has been taught for centuries or this different types of dance is also very old, that is why we give a lot of importance to this form. This is the form of India in which we are present out of India, it shows that we have not forgotten our culture, this is the form in which we have to express our facial expressions in this way.
Bharatnatyam style is done when there is any function which is very appreciated in Tamil Nandu or this is a gesture which is called Mudras .In the traditional language it focuses on the hands, leg movements and facial expressions.
2.CONTEMPORARY:
Contemporary dance form is all about breaking boundaries and challenging our traditional forms .Current form movements are so intense that it feels great to the person in front of us, what we want to convey through our movements is that this form is so expressive that we are able to express our feelings or thoughts and also have a different types of dance.
